During my industrial engineering studies in Milan, I felt the urge to change direction and embark on a new adventure in 2013 in the Hospitality Management sector. Over the next 11 years, I started as a night porter and took on all roles in a 300-room hotel, handling every type of issue and falling in love with this fascinating world. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to manage hospitality structures with around 500 beds, moving from managing the properties and cleaning staff to overseeing purchases and IT, with a team of 25 employees. Despite everything, my roots pushed me to return to Salento, where I was able to put my experience into practice and found a company with my two partners, specializing in 360-degree property management.
